Your booking will include the setup and breakdown of That Mini Bar, which is fully licensed and fully insured, the provision of bartenders and staff, the availability of a variety of drinks or a custom drink menu and where required we also take care of the Temporary Events Notice (TEN).
When setting up inside a venue we require a 16amp plug to be able to power our vehicle, when setting up outside we have our own generator so can be put anywhere at your event to add a focal point. We ask that the venue has suitable flooring and that it complies with any building or grounds risk assessments in place.
We can offer a wide range of drinks and beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. We also give you the option to choose a customisable menu to suit your guests and keep them happy.

The licensing or permits required for a mobile bar at an event can vary depending on local authority regulations and the venue. If your event venue does not already have an alcohol license we will need to apply for a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) with the relevant council. Where the venue does have a license we are Personal Alcohol License holders so can trade from the venue.

We can offer bespoke number plates to match your event which you can then keep once the event has finished. We can also offer bespoke branding to the door panels of That Mini Bar if you would like your event logo included on the car.
